What’s in it for you?
Your Role: Be a trailblazer paving the way for our new title agency. Be proactive and have a business minded approach with a knack for leadership. Your main customer will be internal Loan Officers, you’ll deal with unique and complex legal transactions. Dive deep into legacy title vesting scenarios and complex agricultural tracts, ensuring every detail is spot-on. This role offers the opportunity to form a team within our amazing culture, work with intricate details, and is far from ordinary.
What you Need: A bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field, at least 5 years of experience in the land and title industry or title agency management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential function of the job, and a Missouri Title Agent License (or the ability to get one within 3 months of hire).
A Hybrid Work Environment and flexible work schedule will be considered after the initial training period is complete and based on the candidate's qualifications and needs.
This position is classified as Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
