This opportunity offers hands on experiences with our staff and specialists!   Working with several mentors, interns can learn all of the components of the lending process, from meeting the customer and taking the application, through credit analysis and decision, to appraisal and loan closing.  Interns will work primarily in our Central Office in Jefferson City, Missouri. Time will be spent focusing in areas of interest.  The departments include: Human Resources, Information Services, Legal, Operations, Audit, Marketing, Accounting and Finance, Credit, Scorecard Lending, Information Services, Sales and Support, Appraisal, Crop Insurance, and Risk Management. The last few weeks of the internship program will allow the interns to customize their experience and focus on area of interest within the company.

The 4-H Youth Futures or MANRRS Intern will also complete one or more projects identified by FCS that are hands-on in nature and are approved by our Executive Leadership Team to add value to the Association.

Presentations to the Board of Directors, Executive and Senior Leadership Teams, mentors and other staff are done in late July prior to the end of the internship.

Applications will be accepted until January 31, 2025, for the 2025 Summer 4-H Youth Futures or MANRRS Internship Program.
